Porirua Young Entrepreneur Award
The Porirua Young Entrepreneur Award aims to recognise and financially support young people excelling in various fields such as Art and Culture, Education, Sport, STEM, and Environmental or Community Work.
The awards were established in 2010 to acknowledge outstanding young individuals in Porirua. Selected by a panel of independent judges who selects the award recipients based on written applications.
The Porirua Young Entrepreneur Scholarship, specifically, was founded by Girl Native and Egypt Rain to support young entrepreneurs in the region. This scholarship aims to foster innovation and business acumen among Porirua’s youth.
At Girl Native, we are proud to support the Porirua Young Entrepreneur Award as part of the Porirua Youth Awards. This initiative is close to our hearts as it aligns with our mission to foster innovation and empower the next generation of business leaders in our community.
